 Welcome to IREM Central Virginia Chapter No. 38Serving real estate professionals who manage all property types, we have been an integral force in the Central Virginia and points west since 1956. We are dedicated to delivering leading-edge networking and educational offerings for every stage of your career, evolving with you to provide lifelong professional development opportunities. The Virginia IREM Chapter was first established in mid 1950’s. In the late 50’s the chapter split and became the Western VA Chapter. Chapter 38 recently changed its name to the Central VA IREM Chapter 38 in an effort to expand services to the western part of the Commonwealth. Chapter 38 has the distinction of having three chapter presidents go on to serve as National IREM presidents: Manny Falk, Al Justice and Mac Bates.
